Our graduate business leader programme is both challenging and rewarding.
If you think you’ve got what it takes to be one of our future leaders, you will need:
to be expecting, or to hold, a minimum 2.1 class honours degree
a minimum of 300 UCAS points, including a minimum grade B at GCSE (or equivalents) in Maths and English
excellent numeracy, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
a strong drive to succeed
ability to work as part of a team
willingness to be flexible in terms of work location within the UK.

What happens next
If it looks like you might fit the bill, our selection process will test your ambition and ability. Here’s what happens if you’re successful at each stage:
Stage 1: Online numerical and verbal reasoning testing
Stage 2: Telephone interview
Stage 3: Assessment Centre
Stage 4: Offer.
