As well as a competitive salary that’s benchmarked annually against national competition, Ecclesiastical offers a structured benefits package to help you up every step of your career.

Holidays - the minimum entitlement for full time employees is 22 days per annum, although many employees have a higher entitlement, depending on the nature and level of their job or career path.

Pension - we offer a very competitive defined contribution Group Pension Plan (GPP) where employees make a contribution of 3, 4 or 5% of their salary and Ecclesiastical matches with contributions of 8, 10 or 12% respectively. This scheme is available for permanent staff aged 18 or older.

Medical Insurance - permanent employees may join the Ecclesiastical Private Medical Insurance Scheme. This benefit is offered free to people in a full-time job; part-time employees are charged a pro-rata premium.

Bonus - Ecclesiastical operates a range of discretionary incentive bonus schemes based on an individual's performance.  In addition, we also operate a discretionary incentive scheme 'Sharing in Success' which encourages collective contribution to the overall group results and enables staff to share in the profits of the company.

Lunch - a comprehensive subsidised restaurant service is offered to Head Office staff in Gloucester, offering cooked meals and light snacks. In most cases, employees working at locations other than Gloucester, receive a lunch allowance.
