Learning and development
We think everyone should get the chance to learn and develop throughout their working life. After all, the skills, knowledge, experience, and motivation of the people who work here are all key to making our business both successful and special.
We identify learning and development needs through regular one-to-one reviews. Then we do our best to provide the support needed, whether it’s to develop skills, expand experience, or study for further qualifications.
Professional qualifications
If you’d like to study for a relevant professional qualification, we’ll support you. Some of our team have recently studied for Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications and Legal Executive courses.
We even pay a financial bonus to all eligible students that successfully complete their studies.
Leadership development
Around 100 of our business leaders have taken part in a leadership development programme that we’re running with Ashridge Management College.
Online learning resource
We have an online learning resource that we run with Ashridge Management College. The resource contains a host of tools for personal development.
A change of direction
Many of us decide that we’d like to make a change from time-to-time. We can offer lots of different opportunities, and if people ever fancy a change of direction, we work with them to help them make a change and go on to set and achieve new goals.
