Your development needs, identified through regular one- to -one reviews with your manager, provide a framework for your training and study.

NVQs

The organisation offers the chance to gain NVQs in Customer Services and Business Administration, to name but a few. We’ve a number of in-house assessors and verifiers to support this training.

Professional qualifications

The company supports all employees in gaining relevant qualifications. At present we support over 40 different qualifications ranging from Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications to Legal Executive studies. Financial bonuses are payable to students who successfully complete their studies (subject to eligibility).

In-house training

A number of courses are offered in-house including personal development courses such as Project Management Theory; IT training courses; management level courses such as Strategic Planning; and technical courses dealing with topics such as liability insurance and charity risk management. All these courses are supported by excellent facilities in our training centre.

Personal Learning Centre

The Personal Learning Centre has a wide range of resources - including books, CD ROMs and videos - and is available to all staff.
