Will Samuel was appointed to the Board in January 2006 and became Chairman in June 2009.
He is a Vice Chairman of Lazard and Co, Director of Edinburgh Investment Trust, Chairman of Galliform Plc, and Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-Exceutive Director of Inchcape. Previously he was a Director of Schroder plc and a Vice Chairman of Investment Banking of Citigroup Europe.
