We are proud to be working with
We work closely with a number of organisations that share our social conscience and values. We're passionate about supporting people and organisations who really make a difference by enriching the lives of others. We give more than financial support too, and are keen to roll up our sleeves to support them.
That’s why we are proud to be working with:
English Heritage
In 2006 we began our partnership with English Heritage by supporting their Inspired! Campaign – aimed at tackling the problems facing this country’s historic places of worship – and Heritage Counts 2006: the audit of England’s historic environment.
Like us, English Heritage are passionate about protecting our heritage. Unlike some insurers, we want to make sure insurance isn’t a barrier to daily life. This is why we are so proud of our tailored heritage insurance packages.
We were delighted to continue our support during 2007 through a large part of English Heritage’s events programme, including Festival of History – Britain’s largest historical event - which will be doing again in 2008, as well as supporting a number of other events around the country.
The Children’s Society
Ecclesiastical is a corporate partner of The Children's Society. We support them through fundraising, sponsorship, donations and activities organised by our staff.
Many companies have charitable partners these days, but we’re different. We’re not doing it because we think we ought to, but because we have a genuine empathy with The Children’s Society and the work that they do. They are single minded in their mission to protect vulnerable children, whilst we are focused on providing protection for organisations and people who care – such as charities, care homes and schools.
National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Society (NADFAS)
NADFAS’s appreciation and enjoyment of art and heritage reflects our own, sharing a passion for maintaining church and heritage buildings for everyone to enjoy..
We support the Church Recorders group within NADFAS. This group is dedicated to recording the material artefacts of churches in order to provide a chartered history of the heritage behind the church. We have found such records invaluable when dealing with claims for church items, which have been stolen or vandalised. We also support the Heritage Volunteers who carry out valuable work to conserve and maintain our heritage.
National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) – Perfect Choice Funeral Plans
One of the highlights of 2006 for Ecclesiastical Financial Advisory Services was the formation of a new and prestigious relationship with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD). From 3 July 2006 NAFD outsourced the running of its’ funeral pre-payment business, known as Perfect Choice Funeral Plans, to Ecclesiastical.
