At Ecclesiastical we don’t just claim to be specialists in care insurance, charity insurance, heritage insurance and education insurance, we truly are. How do we know? Because you’ve told us. Independent research carried out in early 2008 among a group of 250 brokers has confirmed that we are considered the best insurer for all these areas of niche business. And in the Newsquest UK Commercial Broker Study 2007 Survey, Ecclesiastical achieved 5th out of 18 insurers for overall service & 4th out of 18 for claims handling.
We also talk to customers and brokers about what they think of doing business with us.
We asked brokers and clergy what they thought of our new brand, launched in 2006. The results show the rebrand was a huge success and far more than an image change. Brokers in particular felt involved and that many of the changes have been guided through listening to them. Ecclesiastical is now seen as a more modern organisation, while keeping our honest, caring and expert characteristics.
Our customers are even more satisfied with the service they received from us in 2007 than in 2006. The results from the 2007 customer satisfaction survey show strong positive results across all areas.

100% of church customers are satisfied, with 89% extremely or very satisfied
100% of UK General Insurance personal direct customers are satisfied with 90% extremely or very satisfied
98% of claims customers are satisfied with 92% extremely or very satisfied.
