Customers are essential to our future success and we aim to put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We place great emphasis on understanding their needs, building strong relationships and being honest and clear every time we are in contact.
Meeting customer needs
We listen to what our customers and brokers say and, as a result, have made improvements to the products and services we offer. For example in 2007, we:
we have launched a new home insurance product with increased levels of cover
added optional household cover to the heritage commercial product for owners who live at commercial premises
added new covers to our charity offering and value added services
carried out research with English Heritage members to develop a personal lines programme for them.
We rebranded our Irish business following thorough research with customers and brokers. Our Irish business shares the same visual identity, mission, vision and values as the UK. At the same time we launched new charity and care policies to help us grow and develop in the Irish market.
We now provide advice on a more extensive range of financial services products from Ecclesiastical and six of the most reputable UK financial services companies. We believe building long standing relationships with our customers is extremely important and will maintain our reputation for professional and personal service.
