How to apply
We offer insurance solutions to a wide range of care sector businesses and risks including: care homes, nursing homes, supported living accommodation and domiciliary care.
So that we can tailor premium and cover and maintain our rigorous underwriting standards, we’ve created separate application forms for these different care sector businesses. These forms have been created for ease of use and they save time - for you and your customers - by only asking the questions relevant to each sector.Simply choose the most appropriate application form from the following:
Care Insurance application form
Supported Living & Extra Care application form
Domiciliary Care application form
The application form may prompt you to complete additional questionnaires to ensure each case is properly understood.
You can even use our new 'word' application form, shown in the related documents, which enables you to complete it on a PC and email it to your Regional Underwriting Centre.
If you have any difficulty completing these forms or gathering the information you need to apply, please talk to your Development Underwriter or Regional Underwriting Centre. They will help you select the right form, and talk you through the application process.
