Mark began his insurance career with Commercial Union in 1979 where he stayed until 2005. After just over two years with Layton Blackham Underwriting in Coventry, Mark returned to Birmingham and joined Ecclesiastical in February 2008 as Senior Underwriter.
Mark has a wide range of insurance experience and has handled the vast majority of classes during his career.
Away from work his interests include football - both as a Birmingham City season ticket holder and supporting his 8 year old son in training sessions and matches around Staffordshire. Following a suggestion from a friend to compete in a 10K run for the British Lung Foundation, Mark has recently taken up running. He is due to compete in an 8.5 mile run soon. His ambition is to run a marathon one day (if he can find the energy!).
