Lindsay has worked in the insurance industry for several decades with spells with National Employers Mutual and Fortis either side of 26 years with Eagle Star/Zurich.
Most of those companies still survive because of (or despite) his presence.
Outside the office Lindsay is married with two argumentative children. A life long Chelsea supporter he also has a passion for National Hunt horseracing and has the Cheltenham Festival dates booked as holiday at least a year in advance.
