What cover does it offer?
Heritage residential provides a market competitive wording. Cover includes:
working from home and minor use of the home for business such as gardens open to the public or bed and breakfast
cover for on-site archaeological costs up to £250,000 per claim
trustee indemnity is automatically included
disability alterations covered up to £25,000 per any one period of insurance
cover for meeting local authority conditions under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 up to 20% of the sum insured
standard buildings and contents excess of £100 but able to consider to consider alternatives
£5m public liability cover per event (including legal costs) as standard with an option to increase to £10m.
