Our Broker Satisfaction Questionnaire, sent out in November each year, taps national satisfaction with Ecclesiastical’s products and service.
We continue to improve our products and service based on customer feedback, and truly value all the comments we receive – both positive and negative.
Results from our 2007 survey revealed that:
overall broker satisfaction remains high - 96% in 2007 compared to 95% in 2006
overall - satisfaction with our products rose to 98%
more brokers told us that our specialist niche policies and packages meet their needs (90% in 2007 compared to 87% in 2006)
98% of brokers that responded were satisfied with the fair way we settle claims (2006 - 98%)
