Do you have one or more of our niche broker toolkits on your shelves?
Hopefully you still find them useful when you need easy access to our product and service information, as well as to handy key selling points and underwriting guides.
We do, however, have a couple of updates to our value added services and care information to make you aware of, to keep these up to date!
1. Value added services
In each toolkit, behind the Marketing & Sales tab, you should have a document titled Value Added Services.
You can now discard (recycle!) these, as we’ve found an even better way to offer these – and more – services to your clients.
Ecclesiastical Risk Services, our specialist risk management company, will now be managing the relationships with these existing suppliers whilst also developing new relationships, which we think could be beneficial to charities, care homes, education establishments, heritage properties and more.

Please note, however, that any existing clients are still entitled to any of the old services offered until next renewal.
2. Care information
Following the launch of our enhanced Care sector offering, a new Key Benefits summary is now available for you to download or print. The Target Business Guide still remains current.
3. NEW! Niche sales aids available
We have recently produced updated sales aids to assist brokers when introducing customers to our niche products.
Leaflets are now available for our Charity, Care, Heritage and Motor Fleet insurance products.
The sales aids offer customers an introduction to both Ecclesiastical and our products, including a brief summary of cover and details of value added services. Details of what happens if claims are made and testimonials are also included.
