Entries are restricted to one entry per household.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
No cash alternative will be offered.
The prize will be £500 in Marks & Spencer vouchers.
The Prize winner will be notified 4 weeks after the close date.
The winner will be notified in writing by Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc.
Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc may wish to use the names of the winner in post promotional activity.
