  • Ecclesiastical will no longer be providing wedding insurance as of 31st August 2012.

    We are sorry to inform all our customers that we will no longer be offering wedding insurance to new customers from 31st August 2012 onwards.

    Here at Ecclesiastical we’ve been providing wedding insurance for over ten years and in that time have helped protect thousands of wedding ceremonies of all kinds across the country. Over the years we have helped couples through venue bankruptcies, supplier failures, wedding dress disasters, floods and ash clouds. Our insurance product and the service we have given to our customers in good times and in bad have been praised by our customers, business partners and the press. We are proud to have offered one of the best wedding insurance products on the market and we’re glad we’ve been able to be there for those couples who have needed us during those ten years.

    As a result of a detailed review of the products and services we offer as a business, however, we have now decided to stop offering wedding insurance and focus our efforts on the core areas of our business.

    Customers who have purchased a wedding insurance policy with Ecclesiastical before 31st August 2012 will not be affected by this and will continue to have insurance cover in place for their big day for the duration of their policy with us.

    We would like to thank all our past and present wedding insurance customers for choosing Ecclesiastical and wish you all many happy years to come.
