About the role

We are recruiting a Baptist Insurance Sales Manager to lead and deliver the expansion of the Baptist Insurance portfolio through proactively building and maximising relationships within agreed target markets.

If you have the following skills/experience, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Strong knowledge and relationships across the Baptist Family
  • Chartered Insurance Professional –ACII qualification or working towards
  • Strong track record in a commercial insurance sales role within the UK market 
  • Highly credible and commercially focussed with a strong reputation for delivery and service
  • Proven ability to build productive working relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Positive, proactive, enthusiastic and value driven with a proven “can-do” attitude
  • Third level or professional sales qualification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of tactical marketing campaigns and ability to identify such opportunities
