About the role

As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of all the interviews, posting of job adverts, candidate testing and ownership of our temporary staff’s on boarding and compliance. This is a critical role supporting the recruitment team to ensure the recruitment experience is smooth and efficient for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Recruitment team to identify the best place to advertise and attract the right candidates and posting the job adverts
  • Interview coordination: Liaising with multiple stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers and recruitment suppliers to coordinate the end to end interview process, ensuring that all parties are briefed, rooms and venues are booked and confirmation is sent
  • Management of the recruitment process and relevant record keeping on the recruitment system 
  • Ownership of our temporary staff’s on boarding and compliance. This includes pre-employment checks, criminal checks, credit checks, right to work and references
  • Travel booking
  • You will also get involved in broader Careers projects ranging from diversity, candidate experience, system implementation and reporting. 
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider business partnering team
