Unless the written waiver contains an express statement to the contrary, no waiver by SEIB of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use or of any right provided for herein shall be construed as a waiver of any continuing or succeeding breach of such provision, a waiver of the provision itself, or a waiver of any right under these Terms of Use.

The Ecclesiastical Insurance Services website is controlled by SEIB from its office in England. Access to, or use of, Ecclesiastical Insurance Services website or information, materials, products and/or services on Ecclesiastical Insurance Services website may be prohibited by law in certain countries or jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of the country from which you are accessing Ecclesiastical Insurance Services website. SEIB offer several lines of insurance via its website. Its website resides in the United Kingdom and payment methods for online insurance are only accepted in Great British Pounds (GBP). All transactions via the SEIB website are made in GBP only to UK domiciled Merchant

www.seib.co.uk offers insurance based products only.

Online Insurance Products offered under the SEIB website are available to UK residents only and cover UK based risks only. Products are not available for export.

You may have a statutory right to cancel your insurance within a short period. Please refer to your policy summary or your policy document for further details. If you cancel you will receive a pro-rata refund of premium from the insurer. We may also keep an amount that reflects our administrative costs of arranging and cancelling the insurance. If you wish to cancel outside of this period you may not receive a pro rata refund of premium. We may also keep an amount that reflects our administrative costs of arranging and cancelling the insurance plus an administration fee for each and every cancellation and/or adjustment.

Refunds will be made to the payment method in which they are collected. Credit and Debit card refunds must be issued to the same Credit or Debit card from which the original payment was made.
