Ecclesiastical is inviting church customers to attend one of two fundraising seminars, delivered in partnership with specialist fundraising consultants Philanthropy Company. These events are tailored to provide practical guidance and sector-specific expertise for those involved in church fundraising.

The 7 steps of solicitation

This seminar will provide guidance on how to find and engage donors, taking the fear out of asking for financial support and understanding the importance of timing. This session is practical and interactive, with time for questions.

  • Tuesday 19th November, 7pm - 9pm
  • St Peter de Merton, Bedford, MK40 2TX.

How to approach legacy fundraising

Raising money from gifts in wills has long been an underexplored area for many churches and charities. Philanthropy Company’s legacy fundraising expert will address the fundamentals of legacy fundraising to help you plan a strategy and start conversations with potential donors.

  • Wednesday 13th November, 7pm - 9pm
  • Holywell Lodge, St Albans, AL1 1HE.
Please note spaces are limited. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If there is significant demand, more dates may be added.
