Charity Risk Barometer – Challenges of a changing climate

What are the biggest climate impact concerns for charities?

In this 10-minute video, Faith Kitchen and Richard Williams, CEO of the Honorary Treasurers Forum, talk about charities’ concerns with the impact of climate change from the perspective of being able to deliver services. The wider topic of climate change is less of an urgent priority for charities, especially during a funding crisis.

54% are concerned about the impacts of climate change on both their operations and reputation.1 However, only 17% feel under pressure to reduce their carbon footprint, and 10% say that failing to produce and meet climate change commitments risks alienating supporters.
