Depending on your client’s individual circumstances, we may require a building valuation. We have our own team of professional surveyors who will be able to assist with this at no additional cost to your client. 
We offer:
• Site surveys 
• Desktop assessments 
• Self-assessment surveys.
Once we’ve completed your buildings valuation, we’ll confirm the amount to you in a written report. If your client then takes the cover based on our valuation, they can be confident that they are insured for the right amount and there will be no surprises if they need to claim. Please note - the liability of the company however is always limited to the sum insured.

Rating agencies use different terms to describe their rating categories. Our rating from S&P is in their A- “strong” category and our rating from AM Best is in their A “excellent” category.
A financial strength rating from a credit rating agency is an independent opinion of an insurer's financial strength and ability to meet its ongoing insurance policy and contract obligations. They are based on a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluation of a company's balance sheet strength, operating performance and business profile.
