Jane Dale

Member of Audit and Risk Committee.

Jane Dale is a Chartered Accountant who spent the majority of her executive career in financial services, including 18 years at Legal & General where she had a variety of finance and business roles, including as Managing Director of the GI business.  Her last executive role was with Ageas UK where she was Finance Director of the life assurance business.

Jane started her non-executive career in 2009 when she joined British Gas Services as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, where she stayed for 9 years.  Since 2016 she has held a variety of non-executive roles including Chesnara, Covea Insurance and Brown & Brown Europe, where she has undertaken a variety of committee chair roles including audit and risk.
