Once you complete the assessment, we’ll send a personalised report summarising your results, along with links to resources to help you manage specific risks.

What you'll need

About 10-20 minutes if you have a good knowledge of your church’s current approach to risk management. Please be aware you can’t save your answers mid-way through, so plan to complete the questions in one sitting.
The ability to answer yes or no questions about your church security, fire safety, health and safety, and weather-related risks.

We recommend completing the assessment on a computer rather than on a phone.
