Lara Bealing appointed Marketing Director

Ecclesiastical Insurance has appointed Lara Bealing as its Marketing Director for the UK.

Lara Bealing will be responsible for leading the UK marketing team during an ambitious growth phase as the specialist insurer aims to double the size of its business over the next few years as part of its mission to give more to good causes.

Lara brings a wealth of experience to Ecclesiastical’s marketing department, having spent 30 years working with insurance and financial services organisations. Her varied career includes leading data, digital, customer experience, proposition, brand, and marketing for Aviva, Friends Life UK, and AXA. Most recently, Lara was the UK Marketing Director for Canada Life, where she spearheaded the implementation of Consumer Duty.

“I am delighted Lara is joining us as our new UK Marketing Director. We have ambitious plans to double the size of our business over the next couple of years. Lara brings a wealth of marketing leadership experience and will play a key role in helping us to reach our growth ambitions. I know Lara is excited to join us and very motivated by our purpose and mission to grow to give to good causes.”

Richard Coleman, Ecclesiastical UK Managing Director

Lara added: “I’m excited to be joining Ecclesiastical, which is an organisation where purpose truly translates into action. Ecclesiastical’s culture of being ambitious, kind, and customer-focused immediately resonated with me, and I’m looking forward to contributing to a business that aligns with my passion for doing good. As the business aims to double its contribution to good causes, I look forward to making a positive difference.”
