Laura Carter appointed Customer Segment Director

Ecclesiastical Insurance has appointed Laura Carter as its new Customer Segment Director for the UK.

Laura Carter will be responsible for developing and maintaining Ecclesiastical’s products and propositions to meet the needs of its specialist target markets. Previously Ecclesiastical’s Head of Customer Propositions, she replaces Faith Kitchen from 1st March.

Laura brings a wealth of experience to the specialist insurer’s underwriting department. Before joining Ecclesiastical in October 2017 as a Product Development Consultant, she held proposition development positions at Zurich and Zurich Municipal.

Most recently, Laura worked on launching Ecclesiastical’s new Leisure product, contributing to the specialist insurer’s ambitious growth strategy, which is aiming to double the size of its business over the next few years.

“I’m thrilled to be promoted to Customer Segment Director. It’s an exciting time of ambitious growth at Ecclesiastical, and the business continues to go from strength to strength.”
