Our 5 stage process to help plan your financial future

When you first get in touch, we will assign one of our dedicated EFAS advisers to contact you who is experienced in helping you achieve your financial goals.

Your EFAS adviser will:


	Get to know you The first stage is without any cost or obligation, where we discuss our services with you over the phone or face-to-face and then decide, which services are right for you. We then agree how much the cost of the advice will be with you, before proceeding further.

	Identify your needs We gather information about you and your existing financial arrangements and explore your priorities, attitude to risk, goals and aspirations.

	Analyse your situation We review the information provided and your current situation. Carry out research into suitable solutions and then decide on those that meet your requirements.

	Present our recommendations We prepare and present to you a recommendation report that will detail your financial objectives, a summary of your attitude to risk, together with an explanation of the solutions being proposed. This report will also include product information and relevant application forms.

	Implement and review We carry out all necessary checks and put the agreed plan into action, submitting application forms and payments to providers. After this, we agree an ongoing monitoring and review plan with you.
