Helen Richards

Helen has been with Ecclesiastical for 16 years, having joined the specialist insurer as a graduate trainee. She has worked in various areas of the business during her time at Ecclesiastical. Still, she has spent the majority of her time working with cathedral and church customers as Customer Service Manager and since 2021 as Church Operations Director. Helen led a major internal project to improve our systems, which has helped to improve customer service levels since its implementation. Away from work, Helen is a keen cook and busy Mum to a four-year-old son.
