Brokers ... Finding the right scheme partner

A good scheme is about finding the right fit

See how we jumped into action to support a broker with their Scheme.

Ecclesiastical in conversation with Brooks Braithwaite

After their underwriter pulled out, animal risk specialist Brooks Braithwaite (Sussex) Ltd – part of the Petcover Group - needed to find a new capacity provider and transfer their scheme in six weeks to be able to continue providing insurance for their 13,000 customers. They were looking for an insurer that could respond quickly, but they were also looking for a partner that was the right fit for their business to support further growth.

"Partnering with Brooks Braithwaite gives us a fantastic opportunity to expand our schemes book and to work with a specialist broker who knows their market intimately. We moved quickly to support them when their underwriter pulled out, providing customers with certainty around cover despite short notice. Full credit must go to our team here at Ecclesiastical for the pace of the onboarding process."

Chris Withers, Ecclesiastical Insurance Schemes and Partnerships Director
