Patrick heads a team of leading specialists who have undertaken work in both the UK and abroad and offers a professional, confidential, and comprehensive service to clients.

Products and services

  • Preliminary discussions with clients to ascertain requirements
  • Verbal advice to ensure the most cost-effective way forward while fulfilling individual requirements
  • Written confirmation of the outcome of the initial discussion with estimated costs, which include time on site, research, and administrative costs
  • Provision of an emailed copy of a draft valuation in which each item and/or groupings of items are fully described and supported by photographs, for client approval
  • Upon approval, two bound printed copies of the document with a signed certificate are sent to the client: one for the insurance company and the other for reference
  • A remote valuation service may be available for revaluations
