Client portal - WCS has an online client system and electronic reporting portal to log service reports and remedial works. The Wave Online Client Portal has been developed to meet client’s needs and which WCS has complete control over for maintenance and development. This portal is provided free of charge to all WCSE clients and access to multiple users can be provided.

Bespoke legionella risk assessments – WCS uses its sister company Safecare to undertake all legionella risk assessments which are bespoke and tailored for the client, experienced account managers meet with the client to run through the reports and provide feasible solutions to any non-conformances found.

The WCSE business is based upon a directly employed model which allows WCS to directly control staff competence. WCSE recognises that its success is a direct result of the contribution made by its employees and that to maintain a committed and competent workforce it must ensure that there is adequate training and development provided. All works are carried out in accordance with the HSWA 1974 and current L8 / HSG 274 legislation.
