LeakSafe

Water leak detection and prevention

Since 2012, Leaksafe have been working with insurers, insurance brokers and private commercial clients, designing and installing leak detection systems. These systems identify leaks as they occur, minimising damage caused by burst pipes and leaks. Leaksafe design systems that suit each individual property and how it will be used by its owners and occupiers and these systems can be fitted during construction, refurbishment or discreetly retrofitted.

Leaksafe offer a turnkey service, from survey to unlimited after-sales support and operate through the UK and Europe.

Products and services

A range of modular systems can be tailored to suit any property and application, including manual or automatic water shut-off systems, notification-only, APP, or flow-based leak detection systems.

Why install leak detection?

  • Peace of mind for owners and occupiers

  • Acts as a property’s 'early warning' system
  • Minimises property ownership costs across a range of issues, including:
    • Insurance
    • Property repair and maintenance
    • Management

The Leaksafe service can include:

  • Desk survey to provide indicative costs
  • Site survey to provide a detailed report with recommendations and costs
  • Nationwide installation service by Leaksafe approved installers or support for your contractors
  • Unlimited remote after sales support
