Sarah Pearson - Head of Enterprise Risk Management
 | A driven and successful leader with 24 years experience of working in the public sector (in a variety of senior corporate roles with a risk focus) and 10 years experience within the insurance industry in Enterprise Risk Management positions (Consultant, Advisor, Business Partner and Practice Leader). A proven track record of successfully working in and with organisations (public, private and voluntary sector) in strategic planning, change management, performance management, enterprise risk and business continuity. An active member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and Winner of the Risk Professional of the Year 2024 – Women in Insurance Awards. Steph Jackson - Senior Enterprise Risk Management Consultant
 | A Risk and Compliance professional with over 20 years of experience working in the financial services and general insurance industry, including in a variety of Enterprise Risk Management positions from Senior Risk Manager to Consultant. Most recent experience includes working across the Charity, Heritage, Faith and Educational sectors. An industry specialist in the design, development, implementation, embedding and continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Frameworks and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Programmes with a wealth of training and educational development expertise and experience. An active member of the Institute of Risk Management(IRM) supporting as an examiner and currently operating as a Committee Member within the Charity ERM Special Interest Group. Aaron Hughes - Enterprise Risk Management Consultant
 | A Risk and Resilience professional with over 6 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, and Organisational Resilience across both the public and private sectors. A proven track record of working with senior leaders to develop, implement, and embed practical ERM and BCM frameworks across organisations. Risk Appetite and Business Continuity Testing are particular areas of expertise. Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Science. Holds the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management and, Certificate in Business Continuity Management, is PRINCE2 qualified, and is an APM Project Assurance Practitioner. |
