Dave has over 36 years of experience in multiple roles at companies like Zurich, Allianz, and Aviva. Before joining Ecclesiastical, Dave was Managing Director of Mid Corporate UK at Allianz, for two years.
He spent over 25 years at Zurich, including being responsible for UK Commercial Regions. More recently, he led the mid-market and speciality lines business at Aviva before joining Allianz in early 2023.
He has a detailed knowledge of the commercial insurance marketplace and what it takes to win. He will work with his colleagues at Ecclesiastical to improve its position in the marketplace.
Dave is also on the board of Insurance United Against Dementia. Dave is passionate about raising awareness and funds to fight dementia and says “I chose Ecclesiastical because I want to be able to say to my Grandson that I was part of a team that doubled its profits and gave them back to great causes and deserving people across the UK.
