New partnership with the Church of England Pensions Board

12 August 2022

Ecclesiastical Financial Advice Services (EFAS) has signed an official partnership agreement with the Church of England Pensions Board.

We are proud to announce that EFAS has signed an official partnership agreement with the Church of England Pensions Board to provide independent financial advice to ordained and lay members of the various Church of England pension schemes administered by the Church of England Pensions Board.

This formal partnership agreement is testament to the EFAS team having specialist experience, knowledge and understanding of advising their church clients about pensions, retirement planning, investments and mortgages, meaning that EFAS advisers are well placed to support them.

The Church of England Pensions Board website has now been updated to share details of the partnership. Further details can be found by scrolling down here.

Richard Wood, Head of EFAS, said “This is a significant contract for EFAS and is an endorsement by the Church of England Pensions Board of the support we provide and our understanding of their members’ pension, retirement and future housing needs. Congratulations to the EFAS team on this great achievement, it’s a true recognition of the specialism and expertise within the team.”

Natasha Gray, Director of Strategy and Engagement at the Church of England Pensions Board, commented:

“At times in your life it is helpful to get sound and independent financial advice to help you plan well for your future. We have partnered with EFAS to help make it easier for members of our pension schemes to access specialist support when they need it.”
